I am not a YouTuber. I am not a social media junky looking for likes. I have 30 years of fitness experience and insight and I decided to start writing some of it down to benefit the lives of the people I can't sit down with daily. I don't update my blog daily and I don't always make a new post when I add information. I update old post as I go and try to keep each post up-to-date.
That means please read all my posts, like and comment on what is helpful (so I can write more), and please come back and read again and again. Unlike other writers who fill pages with fluff trying to monetize your viewing time; I try to keep posts dense, thorough, and updated. It may take a few reads for some of the insights to soak in. Trust me! It's taken me 30 years!
