The Perfect Protein Shake!

I've been teasing with the idea of my latest protein shake made with unflavored natural ingredients for quite some time. After 25 years of tweaks and adjustments, replacing ingredients with better more pure and whole options, I finally have a triple threat that I am proud to share.


NOTE: Make sure you adjust your protein intake to your personal needs. This set of protein shakes provides a total of 165 grams of protein per day. That is in addition to protein you may consume from your food and other supplemental sources. The recommended daily intake for protein is between 0.8g/kg bodyweight/day for inactive adults and 2.0g/kg bodyweight/day for very active adults, athletes, and those training daily for muscle growth.


These numbers equate to total recommended daily protein intake between 54g and 136g per day for a 150lb adult INCLUDING all food intake. That considered most people will get more than enough protien even cutting these shakes in half.



My first shake of the day is a mix of milk and plant protein with an added boost of collagen, bee pollen, and creatine.
